God has been good and we like to acknowledge His goodness to us. Several people have had their situations change after an encounter with God at the Festival of Life and they seek an opportunity to share God's goodness to them, just like the man Jesus healed who went and spread the word of his healing in the Decapolis (Mark 5:20).
